I built The Adair Standard because laziness plagues the cleaning industry, and taking your money without absolutely blowing you away with detail is completely unacceptable. As the sole owner and operator of this business, every service is completed personally by me — allowing for a more hands-on, detail-oriented experience from start to finish.
While larger team-based companies may move faster, I take pride in offering a higher level of precision, devotion, and accountability. Every home receives my full attention, resulting in a more personal experience and a higher Standard of service.

There’s a personal level of accountability behind everything I do, and the future I’m building for my son is what drives the care, effort, and consistency I bring to every service.
My experience started long before this business ever existed. I was raised with cleaning standards that made attention to detail second nature to me. The Adair Standard runs deep — in our household, “half-decent” was basically code for spotless.
Over the years, I gained extensive experience in the food service industry, eventually working my way into a district manager position. That experience taught me that cleanliness isn’t just about appearance — it’s about health, safety, and taking pride in your environment. I also became a general manager for an express tunnel car wash, where I learned the importance of handling expensive personal property with care, working safely around harsh chemicals, and maintaining consistency under pressure. Alongside my leadership experience, I’ve also worked professionally in both residential and commercial cleaning environments.
As a full-time business owner and sole parent, I’ve learned resilience, patience, and the value of hard work. I founded this business to bring a higher level of standards, dedication, and meticulous detail back into not only the service industry, but also the community.
Looking back, every experience along the way helped shape what The Adair Standard has become — a business built on hard work, consistency, and genuine care for the people it serves.

The Adair Standard is fully insured and bonded. Inviting someone into your home requires trust, and I believe that trust should be supported by professionalism, accountability, and proper protection. You can feel confident knowing your home is being cared for by a business that takes those responsibilities seriously.

Every service is personally performed by me, Kamryn Adair, owner of The Adair Standard.
I do not outsource work or rotate teams through your home. From the initial walkthrough to each scheduled service, you can expect the same familiar face, consistent attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of your home’s unique needs and preferences.
This hands-on approach allows me to maintain the level of quality, consistency, and care that The Adair Standard is built upon.

The Reset is required for clients interested in recurring services, regardless of the home’s current condition. While pricing varies based on the level of detail needed, the purpose of The Reset is always the same: to bring the home up to The Adair Standard and establish a foundation for ongoing maintenance.
In some cases, an exception may be made if a walkthrough confirms that your home already meets this standard.

Yes!
The Reset serves as my move-in and move-out cleaning service, as it is the most comprehensive cleaning offered by The Adair Standard. Whether a home is vacant or currently lived in, the standards, attention to detail, and level of care remain the same. My goal is always to leave the space refreshed, restored, and held to the highest standard.
For clients who need additional support during a move, I also offer organized packing and unpacking services designed to make the transition into or out of a home feel more seamless and less overwhelming. To explore these and other Enhancement services, please click the link below.

Absolutely.
Appliance interiors are included as part of every service. During your initial Reset service, they receive a foundational cleaning to establish the standard, and that level of cleanliness is maintained throughout recurring services. By treating appliance interiors as part of ongoing home care rather than an occasional add-on, they remain consistently clean without the need for separate deep-clean charges in the future.

I also provide household support—which can include tasks such as laundry, dishes, and other day-to-day responsibilities—providing additional support when it’s needed most. Pets are always welcome in my presence.
As a lifelong animal lover, I genuinely enjoy meeting the furry members of your family and happily welcome enthusiastic helpers throughout my visits. Pets only need to be secured if you feel it’s necessary for their comfort or safety.
I typically keep plenty of love, attention, and treats on hand to share. If your pet has dietary restrictions or you’d prefer they not receive treats, simply let me know — I’m always happy to substitute treats with extra affection instead.
As part of my service, I’m also happy to tend to minor pet-related cleanup during my visits at no additional charge. Whether your home includes dogs, cats, or other beloved companions, they’re considered part of the family and will always be treated with kindness and care.

Many clients choose to provide access to their home and go about their day while services are being completed. Whether you’re at work, running errands, or simply enjoying some time away, you can feel confident knowing your home is being cared for with the utmost respect and attention to detail.
Of course, you’re always welcome to be home during your appointment if you prefer. The choice is entirely yours, and I’m happy to accommodate whichever arrangement makes you most comfortable.

No two homes are exactly alike, so service times vary based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the home.
For a typical Continuum service, most appointments take between 2–4 hours. Reset services are more extensive and can range from approximately 8 hours to multi-day projects, depending on the level of detail required.
Enhancement services vary as well, as they are tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. During your walkthrough, I’ll provide a more accurate estimate based on the services requested and the unique needs of your home.

I accept all major payment methods for your convenience.
For single-day services, payment is due upon completion of the appointment. For larger projects that span multiple days, payment may be divided and collected at the conclusion of each day’s service. Any payment arrangements will be clearly communicated in advance, so you’ll always know what to expect.

Life happens.
I understand that plans sometimes change. While I do maintain a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, I believe in approaching these situations with understanding and flexibility whenever possible.
If you need to reschedule, simply reach out as soon as you’re able. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs and find the soonest, most convenient alternative appointment available. My goal is to make the process as seamless as possible — so much so that it feels like the reschedule never happened at all.
